We offer refunds only for vases that are damaged during transportation. To be eligible for a refund, please notify us within 24 hours of receiving the damaged product and provide photographic evidence. We will cover the return shipping costs for damaged items during transportation. Once we receive the returned item and verify the damage, we will issue a refund using the original payment method. This policy does not cover damages caused by mishandling or dissatisfaction with the product's appearance. For any questions, please contact me.
